Job Description

A client is looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer to their team. In this role you will be responsible for both manufacturing planning and execution. This includes overseeing manufacturing for electro-mechanical parts and this person must be well versed in electrical PCBA manufacturing procedures. This role could have direct reports in the future, so we are looking for someone who is open to being in a leadership role at this site.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment (will consider years in school towards this 10-year minimum)
3+ years of electrical or electro-mechanical manufacturing and assembly experience
PCBA manufacturing or assembly experience
Experience with manufacturing planning and building out manufacturing plans for a new product
Open to travel for 2-4 weeks in their first 1-2 months on the job
Strong understanding of quality metrics
Strong communication and professionalism
Eligible for US Security clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Precision machining and GD&T experience
Experience working with an international company and mirroring and standing up manufacturing processes in the US
Bachelors degree or higher in ENG or STEM
