* Manage existing relationships through daily communication and interactions
* Sell products and take orders via phone
* Enter order system and communicated to production within same business day as receipt
* Timely, effective communication with customers regarding production lead times or changes in material availability within same business day
* Effective management of account needs: RMA/Credit processing, change orders, shipping needs/question
* Prospect and develop new business opportunities//customers for all products (min. 15% weekly activities to include calls, emails, and quotes
* Coordinate, manage, and in some cases, attend, trade shows
