This candidate will be supporting one of the largest bookstore chains in the United States. They need an EDI Analyst to provide guidance and stability to their current EDI team which is very junior. They have a large amount of customer requests and projects which is causing a massive backload in work. They will handling customer data interactions and data mapping to allow PO's and invoices get sent correctly to their vendors. There will be some customer interaction, as well as interaction with several areas of the internal team. They will also go through and update data files and tables for existing customers.
