Recruiter responsibilities include: partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening and reformatting resumes, performing database searches, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, following up on the interview process status, communicating employer information and benefits during screening process, staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices, and serving as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associations.
Candidate will perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include: obtaining visitor log and badge requirements, incoming telephone calls, maintaining of office supplies and correspondence for the organization; Arranging meetings; Receiving and distributing all mail received; Maintaining office files in accordance with established filing system; Assisting Human Resources as needed. Candidate will also be responsible for administrative support and any duties required to maintain and successfully complete ISO9001 audits, as well as IT audits

- Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace team environment.
