Insight Global is seeking an Advanced Cost Analyst to join our team supporting a complex weapon system supporting the DoD. The position can be worked primarily remote with having to go onsite 2-3 times per month in Huntsville, AL. On a day to day basis, the Cost Analyst responsibilities include:
- Assisting in execution of DoD business operations doing Cost Estimating and Modeling, Cost Analysis, Cost Data Analysis and Collection, and Affordability Analysis
- Develop dost models and incorporate cost risk analysis
- Coordinate information with programs and functional areas conducting data normalization, statistical analysis and empirical analyses using applicable databases
- Develop initial cost data collection plans and validation methods for earned value and other contractor cost data reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation of prioritized requirements lists and their justification

- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
- BS/BA in a related field and 5+ years of applicable experience
- MS Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* MS Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or related field
* Proficiency with the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT)
