Job Description

An employer is looking for a Maintenance Task Analysis Engineer in the Huntsville, AL area. Ability to perform Maintenance Task Analysis for new system and component designs. Interpret and analyze technical drawings to provide recommendations on system maintainability. Update task processes in PowerLOG-J database to include provisioning review. Coordinate with Technical Manual (TM) team on transition from commercial manuals to TM development. Interface with SMEs to gather critical data. Integrate with a team of mixed skills to complete complex tasks on time.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret Clearance

Ability to work full time onsite in Huntsville, AL

Strong MTA experience

PowerLOG-J experience or similar provisioning tool

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

FMECA Experience

Ability to facilitate/support review boards

Experience with XML, Arbor text and/or SGML

Ability to stand up a Release Library and experience verifying that

changes identified during board reviews are incorporated into

documents and the Release Library

Generating BOEs

Possess an understanding of and ability to apply military technical

order principles, concepts, practices, and standards

Have existing knowledge of military aircraft technical order

editing/writing processes

The Maintenance Technician shall have a minimum of two years of

depot forward maintenance experience

Graduate of a commercial or military maintenance school or program

Associate Certified Electronic Technician (CETs) certification.

IPC -- 610/620 Certification
