Insight Global Health is seeking an RN Case Manager for a large inpatient healthcare organization in Birmingham, AL. This person will have a great deal of responsibility in terms of patient-centered care and will be responsible for effectively communicating and collaborating with patients, patient families, and caregivers to facilitate the most positive patient outcomes possible. The RN Case Manager will be expected to take initiative on building and maintaining professional and effective relationships with numerous departments within the organization, stakeholders, and the community while consistently striving to achieve department goals and supporting the overall mission of the organization.

* Active RN license or licensed by endorsement as an RN by the Alabama Board of Nursing
* Inpatient experience
* Active CPR Certification
* Active BLS Certification
* Must have basic knowledge of PC applications, computer software, and database management for patient documentation, scheduling appointments, using the facility's EHR, etc
