Insight Global is looking for Distribution System Operators to join a growing team at a large utilities client in downtown Birmingham. The ideal candidate would have excellent multitasking skills and proven success working in a control room environment. There is an 8 to 10 month training period onside Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM before transitioning to a rotating shift schedule.

- 2+ years of experience in a control room environment OR engineering degree
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Comfortable with rotating 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts after the training period
