This CSR will be covering the phones for a Pet Vacuum company. They will take around 30-50 inbound calls a day and do some outbnound calls for quality assurance. They will be taking orders over the phone, taking credit card information, providing quality customer service, answering questions about the products and tracking and order status questions, and selling the products over the phone. They will need to work all holidays and we need one person for each shift listed above.
* 6+ years of call center respresentative experience
* Able to work all holidays!!!
* Well spoken/Great Communication
* Able to use computer and phone systems (well versed with technology)
* Experience troubleshooting over the phone, answering questions
* Experience with inbound and outbound calls
* Problem solver, quick thinker
* Reliable and trustworthy (clean BGC)
* Experience taking orders over the phone/ecommerce background
