Insight Global is looking for an Office Clerk to support a client of ours in Huntsville Alabama. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Department of this organization. Ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. Additional responsibilities include:
- manage office supplies
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
organizing meetings/schedules
- data entry and filing
- prepare reports, presentations etc
