This individual would be the primary network contact on a small IT team. They would operate off a ConnectWise ticketing system and respond to daily outages across their internal and customer sites. They would handle network patching & network restarts. They will report directly to the IT director that supports a large IFS implementation company wide. They will also act as a mentor to 1-2 junior employees and help them better understand network & security concepts. They will be onsite 5 days a week and will have limited travel (less than 10%) in the southeast.
