Job Description

This individual will be a desktop support analyst for one of the largest transmission line construction companies in the southeast. They would work on a smaller IT team with around 7-8 other team members and would be a fully onsite role in Hartselle, AL. They will provision devices, manage their device and peripheral inventory, and troubleshoot devices (printers, laptops, etc.). The company is growing rapidly and getting bombarded with new user requests, which is why they need to bring in the extra help.

Required Skills & Experience

* Strong people skills & a good listener

* Ability to provision devices/desktops

* Set up and provide tier 1 troubleshooting for docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners, Ipads, & Iphones

* Manage device and peripheral inventory

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* O365

* Server experience
