IT Director

Insight Global Health is seeking an IT Director to lead and develop a team of technical professionals for one of our largest not for profit clients in Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data infrastructure, processes, and tools. You will lead a team of IT professionals who are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of IT service and data functions for the foundation. You will ensure that our IT systems and data solutions are aligned with our fundraising and alumni engagement goals, and that they comply with Federal and State regulations. You will also oversee the reporting and analysis of our IT performance and data outcomes.

Must Haves:

* Bachelor's degree in information or computer Science, Business, or another applicable competency

* Minimum 5 years' experience

* Ability to prioritize tasks, adjust priorities as needed, and monitor and maintain multiple tasks simultaneously with quick turnaround.

* Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Programmer, or System Administrator

* Proficient in SQL

* Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytic toolsets and development

* Ability and interest in managing, developing, motivating, and mentoring staff.

Plusses:

* Familiar with CASE Reporting Standards and Management Guidelines preferred.

* Experience/Knowledge of Salesforce
