Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Advanced Earned Value Management Analyst to support a federal program. The position will be 100% remote based out of Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will:



* Review and report on earned value, including assessment of contractor's ability to establish and maintain viable contract performance measurement baselines. This includes reporting compliance with DoD/MDA IBR guidance, facilitating IBR execution, providing IBR training, supporting documentation reviews, and facilitating execution of baseline monitoring activities.

* Compile and maintain a record of IBRs planned and performed to include target start and end dates, program, contractor, scope, dollar value, and outbrief documentation.

* Analyze earned value data using the government provided software tool or EV developed databases.

* Populate an EVM database with data from the BMDS prime contractor's CPRs/IPMRs.

* Assist in the preparation of Government iEAC using EVM data, risk information, and other programmatic factors to include funding information obtained in the Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR).

* Support meetings to reconcile earned value cost, funding, and schedule data.

* Develop detailed Executive Summaries, Quick-looks and monthly EVM and schedule analyses for programs and IPTs from BMDS contractor provided EVM documentation such as IPMR, CPR, IMS and CFSR.

* Prepare EVM briefing charts for various Management, Execution, and Performance Reviews.

* Produce EVM Health metrics included in the contract performance summary report (PSR).

* Assist assigned program offices with preparing an out brief after each IBR that provides a summary assessment of performance measurement baseline (including risks identified, open actions, action item burn-down plan, and tracking actions through completion).

* Provide assigned program office training on integrated program management (EVM, IBR, scheduling).

Required Skills & Experience

- Active Secret clearance

- BS/BA from an accredited university

- 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in the defense industry

- Experience with Microsoft Project/Excel
