Job Description

A client in the Huntsville, AL area is a Logistics Management Specialist who will be responsible for providing communications, marketing, and process engineering consultation support to the Apache Management Office (PMO).

Specific Details will include:

-Supporting United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics analysts for AH-64 maintenance and Integrated Product Support (IPS)

-Providing AH-64 readiness analysis data to the Fleet Management Operations Team Chief

-Providing direct support to assigned units for readiness tracking

-Providing logistics management guidance concerning acquisition and placement of repair parts

-Providing assistance to AH-64 Item Managers (IM), field Liaison Engineers (LE), Systems Readiness Directorate (SRD), and field Logistics Assistance Representatives (LARs) regarding material availability and support equipment required to meet DA readiness standards

-Participating in all Aviation Safety Message reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's of Science Degree

-5+ years of supporting Apache Logistics or Technical Efforts

-Active Secret Clearance

-Experience with corporate communications, marketing strategy development, web page oversight, improvement/documentation of internal governance processes, presentation strategy development, and dealing with customer/stakeholder relations

-Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications

-Experience with the AH-64 platform in Quality Assurance, Production Control, Maintenance/Armament/Avionic Repair, 15R, 15Y, Aviation Technical Warrant, or Maintenance Test Pilot with Maintenance Officer's Course

-Familiar with Army Readiness policies ( AR 95-1, AR 700-138, AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-1, DA Pam 750-8, DA PAM 738-751, TM 1-1500-328-23, DA Form 1352-1 and 1352, and ATP 3-04.7)
