Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Science & Technology Analyst to scout and incorporate new technologies to modernize a DoD Agency and support a client of ours in Huntsville, AL. The Science & Technology Analyst will serve as a SME who will work with various different groups to organize and manage processes of bringing these new capabilities to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They will find and prioritize areas where the client needs improvement. They will plan and coordinate how these new technologies will be tested and assessed and work to make existing technologies more effective. Collaborate with various internal and external organizations to ensure the technologies developed align with the mission and needs.

Required Skills & Experience

* Active Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

* BS/BA degree at least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

* Experience in managing and analyzing user needs and requirements of Science & Technology (S&T) Initiatives.

* Knowledge and experience of Army Live Prototype Assessment (APLA) program, Joint Warfighting Assessment (JWA), and Army Live Experimentation (ALE).

* Knowledge and experience in integrated logistics solutions in support of joint and Army required warfighting capabilities.

* Knowledge and experience of the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains.

* Experience in reviewing, researching, development, and refining recommendations for improvements in processes, policies, and regulations governing the Army's capability development and materiel acquisition processes as they relate to S&T and accelerated capabilities.

* Knowledge and experience with the Top-Down Future Force Development Process, Joint User Operational Need Statements (JUONS), lessons learned, and Operational Need Statements (ONS) from deployed units, including sister Services.

Experience in forming and leading integrated concept teams, integrated product teams, task forces, working groups, and other fora and symposia to delineate and defend capability needs.
