This person will work closely with our technical teams and business teams to create business flows, application integration diagrams and possibly network diagrams for a few of our established Health Management complex processes. We recently worked on a large initiative involving multiple business and technical teams. The project was successful, but the beginning effort was a bit of a struggle because of the lack of documentation. Each area knew "their portion", but we did not have foundational high-level documentation that showed how all of the pieces fit together.Once the documents and flows are created, my hope is they could be maintained by our business and technical teams. I believe these documents would be valuable reference materials for future projects as well as training/onboarding reference documents for new hires supporting the Health Management applications.
