Job Description
This person will be collaborating with various IT and Non-IT functional groups to ensure effective service delivery of system security programs for internal clients for all environments. On a daily basis, they will be supporting CyberArk operations performing upgrades, patching, installs, etc. to keep the enterprise CyberArk team running smoothly. They will be supporting information security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication and maintenance. If needed, this person will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience with CyberArk - installation, upgrades, patching, load balancing, etc.
* Strong experience troubleshooting CyberArk the vaults and all components
* Implementation, troubleshooting, and upgrades of PSM, CPM, AIM, PSMP, and PVWA
* Ability to troubleshoot CPM and PSM plugins, connectors, and prompts
* Familiarity with best practices and experience setting up and supporting monitoring, alerting, and logging
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Experience with any of the following security tools - Ping, Ping ID, Ping Federate
* Any automation experience
