Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Troy, Alabama. This person will be joining a team of about nine other customer service representatives to help with over the phone, and in person support. The day to day responsibilities will be as follows: take customer payment in person, and over the phone, take in coming calls from customers to handle billing issues, enter sales orders when received and schedule installations, greet customers as they enter the main office and assist with needs, and provide internal support when needed. This role will require a lot of multitasking, problem solving, and great customer service.
