Insight Global is seeking a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician for one of the largest automotive manufacturing companies in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This person will be joining the team to mainly provide support for other helpdesk members. They will be responsible for helpdesk ticket escalations, ordering supplies, desktop and end user support, mobile device setup and troubleshooting, and Windows server troubleshooting. They will be working on a team of ten in Birmingham, Alabama.
