This candidate would be in an IT help desk analyst role for a large healthcare client in Birmingham, Alabama. They will serve on a team that takes primarily inbound calls & emails, troubleshoots hardware and software issues that their healthcare providers are having and help to find a solution. To be considered, candidates must reside in the Birmingham area and must have recent help desk experience with Hardware or Software troubleshooting. This position requires humility, empathy, great customer service skills, and flexibility on shifts since it is a 24/7/365 shop. This is a contract to hire that will turn into a full-time permanent position.
