To ensure our digital solutions and assets are effective, we conduct testing and research to gather actionable user insights and data as part of our workflow before releasing a new or enhanced solution at scale across marketing channels. This UX Research role will play a critical lead role by defining our research and test roadmap for 2023 and executing those plans each quarter in collaboration with partners and stakeholders. We anticipate running a continuous stream of tests, research studies or other experimentation to gain insights and data from system users and end users (clients and prospects) across key initiatives as part of an agile, sprint-based approach. We estimate a total of 5-10 research efforts each quarter in 2023. The solutions we?ll test and/or research will have an impact on business outcomes such as engagement, conversion and brand impression.
