Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a direct hire Director of Marketing in Las Vegas, NV. This Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the paid media strategy across top... platforms, engaging email campaigns, and advanced programmatic advertising. They will lead copy writers, media buyers, videographers, and other marketing professionals, including vendors. From a leadership perspective they will build and mentor the marketing team through KPIs and career path. They will also align with all stakeholders in leadership to ensure all marketing efforts are collaborative with the other business functions. As far as paid media strategies, emphasis is placed on leading high-converting funnels and successful campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on troubleshooting, strategy development, and KPI achievement.
