Insight Global is seeking a Director of IT to lead the strategic direction and execution of Commercial Applications, Business Intelligence (BI), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This Director is... pivotal in innovating data-backed decision making and advancing digital transformation for the Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, and Marketing divisions. This role requires 10+ years' of IT leadership experience to implement adaptable IT solutions, along with 5+ years' experience within life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of operations and regulatory requirements. This Director must have strong cross-functional management experience in managing commercial applications, BI platforms, and AI initiatives that align with corporate strategy and compliance standards. They will also be promoting the integration of AI/ML to enhance strategies for forecasting and targeting. This Director will be conducting vendor management and working with external stakeholders, as they are overseeing Veeva CRM implementation and lifecycle management. They must also have strong collaboration skills to work with Data Science and Commercial leaders to improve strategies and efficiency, and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics. Strong experience with AWS, azure, and other cloud platforms, and data lakes is important. This role requires experience leading BI strategies, such as Tableau, Power BI, data architecture and other visualization tools. Experience creating KPI's and dashboards to track performance, customer engagement, and market updates is also necessary. This Director will also be overseeing integrations of ERP systems and external data sources, as well as leading field force productivity and customer insights. Other responsibilities include maintaining data compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR.
