This person will maintain relationships with clients and understand their goals and liaison between the customer and internal technical team to validate requirements and help create solutions. He/she will track any client issues and advocate to get those alleviated in a timely manager. The CSM will be remote outside of customer site visits, which typically are 2-5 times per month. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing Series-B start-up. Compensation for this role is 120-135k per year annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
