The breakdown of time is as follows: About 75% of their time will be spent working with stakeholders, the team and working on analysis and documentation while the other 25% of their time will be spent doing hands on development. This team is highly collaborative, so this individual will be encouraged to share their opinions and be participatory in decision making.
