More medical device or life sciences background and have experience supporting projects that automate internal or patient processes and/or implement AI solutions. This resource will work directly with the Program Manager as well as internal and clinical stakeholders to drive adoption and mitigate fears from those supporting this work manually. Utilization of the new tool is key to minimize revenue leakage during the process and ensure team members are being fully utilized on only the most complex cases in need of human attention. Prior experience in the pre-authorization or patient access space will be a major plus!
