Day to day, you?d be managing and organizing our SharePoint sites, Teams channels, Outlook workflows, and document repositories so that critical food safety documentation, compliance records, and operational standards are easy to find, properly categorized, and aligned with corporate requirements. You?d support a fully remote team of 22 regional food safety and public health advisors, helping them collaborate efficiently, reference historical materials, and maintain clean, structured information libraries. A big part of the work involves auditing processes, organizing and labeling documents, and making sure our Non-Partner Workforce?related materials and accommodations are categorized correctly?without needing to be the subject-matter expert on the content itself. REMOTE- Staff Backend Engineer (Golang)

As Staff Backend Engineer on the DevX Team, you own the backend side of the quality and standards mission. The client runs backend services in Golang on AWS, and those services need to be reliable,... More observable, and built to a consistent standard. You will work hands-on to improve existing services, establish backend engineering standards, and ensure that the DevX Team can drive improvements end-to-end ? without depending on other teams to implement the backend half of the work. You'll work closely with the Solutions Architect on integration design ? including our relationship with 3rd party integrations, internal platform powering menu, cart, ordering, payment, store, and checkout ? and with product engineering teams to bring backend standards to life in their codebases.
