In this role, you will contact eligible individuals to educate them on the client?s services and the benefits of meeting with a Registered Dietitian?all from the comfort of their home. These individuals have specifically been referred by their physician, so in this role you will make high volume outbound calls to assist each person with scheduling their initial consultation and help motivate and excite them about beginning their health journey.You will have weekly appointment scheduling quotas that you will be required to hit, so this person needs to be comfortable working daily in a high-volume calling environment. You are the first point of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial! You will translate global compute guidelines into clear, site-specific requirements, acting as the primary voice of global standards for U.S. and Canada locations.On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with general contractors and trade partners, guiding them on how infrastructure should be installed and validating that construction aligns with approved designs. You will produce detailed technical documentation that enables project managers to execute and track progress with vendors. As sites move through construction and remodel phases, you will periodically travel onsite to review architectural plans, walk facilities, and confirm that the physical infrastructure matches the approved specifications, providing clear acceptance or correction guidance when needed.
