The BioNX Facility will provide Biologics Drug Substance manufacturing for Clinical Supply, Registration & Commercial Launch.As a member of the Manufacturing Technologies and Engineering group, you will be responsible for the evaluation and implementation of novel equipment, innovative processes, and the implementation of next-generation technologies to keep our company at the forefront of innovation in the development and manufacturing of biologics. Key Responsibilities:Develop Standard Work Templates: Create and implement Leading Standard Work Templates for new technologies, equipment, and product integration. Ensure templates adhere to industry best practices and support streamlined operations.Data Analysis & Visualization: Collect and analyze raw project data to generate actionable insights. Develop visualizations that communicate key performance indicators and drive informed decision-making. Translate complex data into compelling user stories for cross-functional teams.Critical Path Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and redundant actions within project workflows. Optimize the critical path to accelerate project delivery. Design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, R&D teams, and digital transformation experts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating feedback and data-driven insights. Ensure that process enhancements align with overall project objectives and timelines.What you will do:o Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of next generation technologies being implemented in Batch and Continuous Manufacturing by leading and supporting the:o Transfer of platform technologies from the earlier pipeline facilities, and bringing to GMP status locally.o Transfer of platform technologies to future commercial facilities.o Partnering within a cross-functional team to implement new technologies / software / instruments that can simplify and reduce effort around manufacturing and administrative processes, sharing with network counterparts.o Supporting troubleshooting and act as SME for manufacturing technology. Aggregate process related knowledge, and centralize for knowledge management. Support the area's implementation of process changes, and root cause investigation of deviations. Support Weekend or On Call duty on select time frames to support manufacturing during new technology introduction. Own life cycle development and qualification from initiation through implementation of methods / recipes for automated equipment, integrating into the overall site DeltaV System. Active member of a cross-functional team managing both process and automation aspects of responsible unit operations. Sr. Remediation Engineer

Technical leadership for hazardous waste remediation under CERCLA and RCRA programs throughout the project life cycle, focusing on exit strategy and remedy implementation and completion. ? Subject matter expertise (SME) in one or more specific areas of remedial engineering, geology, or chemistry (e.g., site optimization, vapor intrusion/vapor migration, critical process analysis, risk and exposure assessment, HRSC, biological processes, PFAS, treatment system upgrades, and technology advancements, etc.). ? Demonstration of SME for the analysis, design, installation, and operation of treatment strategies for waste materials in soil, groundwater, air, sediment, drinking water, and providing engineering and scientific expertise to protect human health and the environment. ? Provide definitive knowledge of site investigation and remediation technology, HRSC technology providers and services, products, vendors, subcontractors, lab scale/bench scale testing firms, and other subcontractors, consultants, and team partners to create robust teams for complex problems. ? Ability to understand and drive Risk Management for remediation strategies, including development of Risk Registers, Risk Monitoring Plans, contingent activities, and Contingency Plans. ? Provide overall site management for both proposed and existing sites, including development of technical remediation approach, cost estimation, schedule development, identification of critical milestones, planning, reporting, and formal project management. ? Provide input and develop written technical reports for delivery to clients, perform quality control reviews, and maintain deliverables of high quality to meet internal and client requirements. ? Independently manage tasks and work with other Project/Program Managers on various environmental projects. ? Provide direction, instruction, training, and leadership to support staff as a mentor for your work/sites. ? Perform background research, gather information, and interpret laboratory and field data to support technical activities. Evaluate data reports and draw comparison of results with similar analysis. ? Attend site visits, observe, and evaluate client programs and activities. ? Follow organization policies and systems for purchasing, procurement, project management and reporting, business development, and marketing, and project financial status reporting to management. ? Remain highly cognizant of environmental regulations and new requirements in the U.S. ? Interact with clients and regulatory agencies as needed to support site work. Compensation: $140K to $160K per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
