This is a high-impact executive role for a pragmatic, business-first technology leader who can balance operational excellence, regulatory rigor, and enterprise enablement?while helping define what ?scale-ready IT? looks like in a growing, regulated environment.THE ROLELead the global IT organization, overseeing core operations, enterprise systems, and long-term technology strategyServe as a trusted partner to executive leadership, aligning IT priorities to business objectivesStabilize, scale, and mature foundational IT capabilities while maintaining reliability, security, and complianceProvide senior oversight of ERP operations and early-stage ERP transformationStrengthen enterprise architecture, integration, data, and reporting capabilitiesAct as a clear translator between technology and the business, enabling sound executive decision-makingSCOPE \u0026 RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a global IT team with ~15?20 direct reports, including teams based internationally- Own executive-level vendor relationships and governance for critical platforms and partners- Manage IT budgets, investment prioritization, and cost optimizationOversight across:- ERP operations and transformation- Infrastructure and data centers- Enterprise applications and CRM- Business systems, BI, and project management- Information security (partnering closely with a dedicated cybersecurity leader)This role is fully remote with travel responsibilities.
