This will be a remote role but will require this person to travel to their company headquarters in East Hartford, CT once per quarter. This Full Stack Software Engineer will be part of the applications team working directly on company Digital Transformation efforts. This person will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions using Microsoft based technologies such as .NET, C#, SharePoint, ASP.NET, React, Typescript, T-SQL, Web APIs, Azure, SQL Server, and related tools. They will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications that follow best practices and design principles, while refining project requirements and specifications. They will also be responsible for conducting code reviews to ensure team members adhere to specific standards and practices, and overall will help by providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. They will need to create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, test plans, and user guides. This resource will collaborate in a Lean and Agile team structure to further development, design, testing, implementation, and overall support for technical solutions.
