You will manage the logistics of the interview life cycle while identifying opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.The ideal candidate will be a "proactive architect" of the coordination process, comfortable navigating a hyper-growth environment and partnering with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities? Process & Ops Support: Drive efficiency by focusing on automations and improving existing workflows; this is a process-heavy role rather than purely transactional.? High-Volume Coordination: Manage 200?300 interviews per month across North America and Mexico, supporting multiple recruiting zones.? Recruitment Partnership: Support 5?7 recruiters and interface with ~10 business partners, providing clear updates and logistical management.? ATS & Tool Management: Utilize Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and Guide (AI Interviewing School) to maintain candidate status and compile interview packets.?
