Executive Desktop Support Engineer - Onsite

A Fortune 500 aerospace and aviation client is looking for an Executive Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in supporting their Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will be the... More primary technical support contact for roughly 40 leadership team members (C-suite, Presidents, and their Executive Administrator Assistants) in addition to secondary technical support contact for VPs and special assignments as needed. You help schedule and coordinate times to migrate, install or resolve issues, ensure machines are properly updated and backed up, and assist with activation and configuration of smart mobile devices (iOS devices and some Android). You will maintain end of life hardware refresh, peripheral support, network port activation, mobile computing support, and hardware warranty repair. Perform, when necessary, Executive Home Support to resolve broadband, network, or computer related issues. Perform troubleshooting and meeting preparations for designated Executive Conference rooms ensuring that computers, presentation data and conferencing solutions are in functioning order, and special event support if needed. We are looking for someone that can guide the team on what is possible and best practice within the Power Platform toolset based on their experiences building workflows. The team right now is around 4 resources but mostly all Sharepoint folks so this resource will be the Power Platform guru. They will also be responsible for:- Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel)-Documenting solutions and hand off to internal teams following deployment-Building workflows that handle approvals, notifications, document routing, and data intake-Troubleshooting, optimizing, and refactoring existing Power Platform solutions as neededCompensation:$50/hr to $60/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
