This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment.?Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. As the Director of Security, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all security functions across the property, including oversight of investigations when required. You?ll guide... and support a team of Security Shift Managers, Supervisors, and Officers, ensuring 24/7 coverage, regulatory compliance, and a safe environment for guests, team members, and property assets. You will also mentor your leadership team, drive performance, and maintain smooth, discreet operations in a fast-paced casino setting.Key Responsibilities: ? Deliver exceptional service and address guest concerns promptly? Hire, train, supervise, and support security management staff across all shifts? Provide operational oversight to ensure departmental goals, standards, and budgets are achieved? Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all members of Security Leadership? Implement training programs that uphold high service, safety, and operational standards? Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations; collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies as needed? Stay informed on local criminal activity and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and other gaming security teams? Maintain a professional working relationship with the Indiana Gaming Commission? Provide incident support to management during sensitive or high-risk situations, including terminations, thefts, and guest or team member issues? Oversee all safety training, including CPR/AED, First Aid, emergency planning, report writing, and accident investigations? Develop and lead emergency response plans for incidents such as fire, flooding, severe weather, or active threats; serve as the On-Scene Leader during emergencies? Stay current on laws impacting the property and conduct investigations as necessary? Prepare accurate and timely reports to keep leadership informed of security-related incidents? Oversee transportation standards and ensure proper maintenance of department vehicles?
