The Contracts Officer is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of sponsored research and project-related agreements with external partners, including industry, state and... federal government agencies, foundations, and nonprofit organizations. This role supports faculty in securing and managing extramural funding, ensures institutional compliance with legal, ethical, and financial requirements, and strengthens the organization's partnerships with sponsors.
