Key Responsibilities? Develop, maintain, and improve motor data reporting processes? Interpret motor test data and repair information provided by technicians? Create clear, technically accurate motor reports for customers and internal use? Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and ask the right technical follow-up questions? Serve as a technical liaison between shop technicians and customers? Support documentation, recordkeeping, and administrative workflows related to motor jobs?
