Our client is a General Contractor searching for a Superintendent with Federal construction experience. The Superintendent may be responsible for entire job start to finish and/or other areas ranging... from foundation, structure and fa?ade through MEP to interior rough and finish. This position will be working as an equal with the Project Manager to successfully manage the project from start to finish.Day to day:- Safety, Quality, Schedule, Budget, Assures BCI operational standards- Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the Project Manager.- Develop start-up schedule with the Project Manager.- Create/Review Subcontractors/Vendor Scopes of Work with Project ManagerResponsible for updating and implementing construction schedules in the field- Establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule based on the project contracts and subcontractor input, taking into elements that might impact the schedule.- Ensure that all pertinent benchmarks for the project are established and inserted in the baseline schedule- Subcontractor and site management throughout projectMeeting management, administrative management, project closeoutWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
