Construction Project Coordinator works closely with contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to help deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate construction-phase activities, including schedules, timelines, issue resolution, and invoice review/approval.Collect, maintain, and manage required documentation related to permits, inspections, shutdowns, and regulatory compliance.Verify contractor qualifications, training, and adherence to all safety policies and regulations.Support final project completion by assisting with inspections, coordinating staff training, and ensuring proper closeout documentation.Ensure construction work causes minimal disruption to daily operations.Track work requests, update project plans, and monitor milestones and dependencies.Provide administrative and logistical support for project meetings, training sessions, and contractor onboarding.Maintain project records, repositories, meeting minutes, issue logs, and related documentation.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
