Oversee all financial reporting, including financial statements, daily reports, and special projects, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.? Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business license fees, gaming and non-gaming taxes, and other required tax filings across federal, state, county, city, and regulatory agencies.? Ensure compliance with all recordkeeping requirements, company policies, IRS standards, Gaming Control regulations, and other governing bodies.? Provide accurate budget and financial information to department leaders and support them with financial questions and analysis.? Prepare and/or review bank and balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner.? Prepare month-end journal entries as needed and ensure all revenues and expenses are recorded accurately.? Review the Daily Manager?s Report each day for accuracy and insights.? Oversee monthly inventory processes.? Monitor fixed asset entries and maintain control of MCRs.? Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship, coaching, and professional development.? Build strong cross-functional partnerships to drive alignment and collaboration.?
