Insight Global is looking for a Pricing Analyst. This role partners with Proposal Engineering, Business Development, and Program teams to develop accurate, compliant, and competitive cost and pricing... models for aerospace and defense proposals. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost and price submissions across multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ), building and analyzing pricing models covering labor, material, BOMs, BOEs, subcontracting, and supplier quotes using Excel and ProPricer. The position reviews engineering drawings and technical inputs to ensure pricing accuracy, assembles complete cost volumes and audit-ready backup documentation, and supports pricing reviews, negotiations, and DCAA/DCMA audits. The role collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, contracts, finance, and supply chain teams, conducts should-cost analysis, supports competitive pricing strategies, and maintains pricing templates, rate structures, and cost databases.Pay Range: $80,000 - $135,000We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
