Determines rental payments, obligations and expirations to maintain leases. Resolves anomalies where possible, referring complex issues to higher levels for further attention. Processes payments and billing records as a result of ownership changes due to assignments, deeds, probate, etc. Reviews and makes recommendations on a monthly basis for rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalty payments and associated obligations and expirations. Proficient in the ability to research private and public records, and the ability to navigate online resources. Inputs extensions for non-producing leases. Responds to landowner queries, working collaboratively with Land Operations and Land Administration team members to ensure effective resolution. Assists Land Operations in preparing agreements as requested (e.g., pooling, communitization, Exhibits etc.).
