Day to Day ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the Home business, with a focus on CRM and digital initiatives that drive... customer engagement and sales. This role will help develop campaign strategies and write creative briefs aligned to category priorities and brand goals.Key responsibilities include briefing and executing email and push campaigns, supporting campaign and assortment strategy planning, identifying and leveraging items through the MSP process to support marketing activations, partnering with the site experience team to select linking destinations that improve the customer journey, reviewing creative proofs and performing QA prior to launch, providing ad hoc updates to the affiliate marketing team regarding product updates or launches, and supporting project management and reporting needs.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
