Assumptions:Observations will be performed onsite passport agencies and centers, as requested by the Regional Offices; some tasks may be able to be performed remotely. Each consultant will be responsible for observation and reporting on an average of six or seven agencies/centers. Each round of observation and reporting will last approximately one-week onsite.
