Our client, a global leader in semiconductor technologies manufacturing, has an opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Parlin, NJ. The selected candidate will be responsible for... managing raw material and consumable changes, engaging with suppliers during audits and quality meetings to drive improvement, and monitoring incoming raw material quality using SPC tools.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESSupplier Quality? Establish and maintain quality standards for raw materials for use in polyimide manufacturing? Monitor incoming raw material quality using SPC tools and engage with suppliers when issues arise? Support troubleshooting of supplied material issues in manufacturing, facilitate Root Cause Investigations (RCIs) related to the supplied material?s impact on final product performance, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent excursions? Manage supplier performance by conducting regular audits, quality meetings, and tracking improvement activities? Provide performance feedback to suppliers based on quarterly scorecards and convey semiconductor industry expectations regarding management of change and process control?
