In this role, the TSM will facilitate all core Agile ceremonies?including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog... refinement to enable consistent, transparent delivery across highly technical engineering teams. This person will proactively remove delivery impediments, identify risks and dependencies, and continuously improve team flow and execution within a complex enterprise environment. The TSM will serve as a key communication bridge between engineering teams, business partners, and third-party vendors, translating technical concepts into clear, stakeholder-friendly updates. On a daily basis, this role will partner with internal and external teams to resolve access and integration challenges, support the delivery of internal infrastructure monitoring dashboards, and surface delivery insights and improvement opportunities to leadership.
