You will work directly with owners/clients, field superintendents, subcontractors, internal accounting, IT, legal, marketing and construction management team-ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing administrative tasks related to projects and compliance matters, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:- Participate in owner/client sales presentations and meet with Health Care and Federal Professionals. - Managing/overseeing construction and coordinating all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring its delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction. - Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule creation.- Share job cost responsibility with Owner by keeping Owner informed.- Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections. - Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.- Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.- Prepare owner contracts for review by supervising PM or department leader.- Assist in navigation of permitting and entitlements process. - Schedule, create agenda, and run key project milestone meetings .- Work with Superintendents to create and execute the Project Quality Plan.- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
