The Project Engineer will serve as a key point of coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring program deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements.Responsibilities:- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and execution plans across multiple engineering workstreams- Track program performance and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to engineering and program leadership- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program teams- Lead execution of engineering changes, ensuring timely implementation and stakeholder alignment- Support sustainment initiatives by driving issue resolution, field investigations, and corrective actions- Analyze program data and develop recommendations to improve project performance, efficiency, and schedule adherence- Facilitate risk assessments and drive mitigation strategies for technical and programmatic challenges- Support supplier coordination activities to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved- Prepare and present technical and program updates to leadership and IPT stakeholders- Monitor project progress and proactively remove obstacles impacting execution- Support earned value management activities and performance reporting where applicable- Contribute to project planning, forecasting, and proposal development effortsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
