Oversee all employee operations; ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly; coordinate training and travel schedules; ensure timely communication between our employees, management team, and clients; assist in resolving all employee inquiries. ? Communicate directly with Clients regarding employee performance, training, schedules, hiring projections, etc.; hold meetings with clients on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis to ensure smooth operations. ? Research and work directly with different vendors to align with our employee, company, and client needs.
