Strong remote candidates will also be considered; occasional travel to Las Vegas may be required.Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand business processes and system functionality. Break down complex business requirements to perform detailed technical analysis, solution design, and work estimation. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop, implement, enhance, and maintain .NET software applications, Web APIs, services, reports, and integration processes. Use a variety of languages and frameworks to create user-friendly web application interfaces. Develop, implement, enhance, and maintain SQL Server database objects. Build innovative, high-quality, well-documented, secure, reusable code, optimized for maximum speed and scalability. Develop unit testing of code components or complete applications. Perform code review, ensuring code is clean, consistent, well-documented, unit-tested, and secure. Solve problems both individually and through close collaboration within the engineering team. Provide level two/three production support for assigned technology systems. Maintain up-to-date solution documentation in the technology knowledge repository. Keep up with changes in software development tools and technologies. Participate in the Agile development process by contributing to daily standups, release planning, demos, and retrospectives.
