Our client is launching a new, first-generation downhole sensor product line and is looking for a junior-level Electrical / PCB Design Engineer to support hardware development from concept through... early production. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to work hands-on with real hardware and contribute to a brand-new product in a technically challenging environment.Key Responsibilities? Design and layout PCBs for sensor and electronics systems using Altium Designer or KiCad? Assist with schematic capture, circuit design, and component selection? Support prototype builds, bring-up, debugging, and testing of hardware? Collaborate with senior engineers on board reviews, design iterations, and documentation? Work closely with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing partners during developmentHelp maintain design files, BOMs, and basic test proceduresThis position is fully onsite 5 days / week in downtown Houston.
